Go to Account Settings > Billing and select the plan you'd like to switch to. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Cancel anytime from Account Settings > Billing. You'll retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period. Your projects and generated content are preserved after cancellation.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits purchased as one-time packs do not expire and remain available until used.
All invoices and receipts are available in Account Settings > Billing > Invoice History. You can download them as PDF for your records.
No. You can pay as you go on the Free plan — buy credits whenever you need them, with no recurring commitment. Subscriptions are optional and add monthly included credits plus a bonus on every top-up.
Credits are the currency for AI generations. 1 credit equals €0.01, and each generation costs a set number of credits depending on the model used. You only pay for what you generate.
Open Account Settings > Billing and choose a credit bundle. Bundles start at €5 for 500 credits, and larger bundles include bonus credits.
No. Credits bought as top-up packs never expire and stay in your balance until you use them.
Yes. On top of their monthly included credits, Pro and Max subscribers receive a bonus on every credit top-up, with a higher bonus on the Max plan.
Yes. At checkout, turn on "Buying as a business" and enter your EU VAT ID. Once it's validated, businesses in an EU country outside the Netherlands are zero-rated under the EU reverse-charge mechanism — no VAT is added and you self-account for it in your own country. Dutch businesses and non-EU buyers pay the standard 21% VAT. This works for both subscriptions and credit top-ups.
Yes. Every payment generates a downloadable PDF invoice in Account Settings > Billing. Business invoices include your company details and VAT ID, and reverse-charged invoices carry the required reverse-charge note. If a payment is refunded, a matching credit note is issued automatically.
