Account & Billing

Visiomake offers flexible pricing with monthly and annual subscription plans, plus pay-as-you-go credit packs. All plans include access to every AI tool — image generation, video, 3D modeling, and upscaling. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Payments are processed securely and receipts are available in your billing dashboard.

Visiomake offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Pro and Business are available as monthly or annual subscriptions. Annual plans include a discount. Visit the pricing page for current rates and credit allowances.

Go to Account Settings > Billing and select the plan you'd like to switch to. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Yes. Cancel anytime from Account Settings > Billing. You'll retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period. Your projects and generated content are preserved after cancellation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits purchased as one-time packs do not expire and remain available until used.

All invoices and receipts are available in Account Settings > Billing > Invoice History. You can download them as PDF for your records.
